VALUABLE PROPERTIES

The WHITE HART INN and BREWERY, and other Premises,
AS FOLLOWS:
LOT 1. ALL THAT FREEHOLD AND WELL-ACCUSTOMED
CORNER PUBLIC HOUSE,
with the capital Brewery and Cellars thereto belonging, called the "WHITE
HART INN & BREWERY," situate in the centre of the Town of
Bradford-on-Avon, aforesaid, and for 13 years past in the occupation of the
present owner, who is now retiring from business; comprising a Bar, Bar
Parlour, large Tap Room, Sitting Room, Wash-house, and 3 capital Cellars on
the ground floor; also a front Sitting Room and 5 Bedrooms above. There is
also a good Brewery, Malt and Hop Room and Store Room, with a capital Well
of Water and Force Pump on the Premises.
Also all that DWELLING-HOUSE,
Situate in the Old Market Place, adjoining the Inn, containing a Front-Shop;
